Students
We create engaging hands-on STEM experiences to develop youth’s STEM identity and 21st-century problem-solving skills.
Teachers
We provide teachers with resources to drive equity and inclusion in STEM, to ensure access and opportunities for all students.
Parents
We build awareness for parents of how youth can successfully navigate STEM and the transition into post-secondary jobs and schooling.
What is STEM?
STEM is an acronym for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. These four disciplines are integral to who we are and focus strongly on innovation, problem-solving, and critical thinking, all in the interest of providing solutions to local and global challenges.

Learning Empowering Achieving Progress (LEAP) in STEM is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that empowers youth from across the globe who are traditionally excluded from STEM to change the world by taking big leaps into the future. We work with youths, teachers, and parents in the United States, the Caribbean, and Africa.
